I'm not in the mood of Gawai Celebration this 2011. Why? The answer is as simple as this: IDK :))

I have a great anticipation for coming Christmas Day of  2011. Yes, indeed, I do know that it's 7 months to go before the 'Merry Christmas' arrive. Yet, here, I'm listening to Jingle Bell song and typing and reading and thinking not to say hoping and & n dreaming of Christmas :))

I'm going to sit for my SPM this year. O LORD, let me success with flying colors. Amen.

So so so here we go again. I want to share what I really think are awesome when we start to talk about Christmas Celebration. 

When you go to the city, you'll see bright lights here and there alike millions of small and twinkle twinkle little stars.

"Long time ago in Bethlehem, so the holy Bible says..." the song is playing, vibrating my eardrums and echoing inside my head.

The most enjoyable part is FOOD!

The delicious Christmas pudding.

The fruits trifle. Oh, gonna make you addict to it.

The gold color of the roast turkey! It tastes super for golden moment with family and friends.

The shapes of gingerbreads really attract me.

Fight the Good Fight!

I'm back again.

It's luring inside me and seeks to destroy me.

I was not having a very pleasant day. Today something did happened. Actually, since yesterday. What had happened really hurt me. Someone spoke bad about me and cursed me with her sharp, similar to two-edged swords, pierced to the depth of my wounded heart! What??? I was innocent and knew nothing! Why??? Why she did that towards me? Right... Discrimination took place. I can do better if I want! Just like what Pastor Martin said, "I have freedom to say NO! That is real freedom!" I chose a "NO" for revenge because vengeance only bring us hatred. I can't live in that darkness. 

I was so angry and I felt like to scream out my lungs. Oh whatever it was. Felt alike a vagabond, a homeless stranger who was wandering around and & n don't even know where to go. Obviously, I was struggling between the GOOD and BAD. This ordinary yet awesome girl is brutally bad. When a good girl gone bad, it will be hard to return, thou (oh, crap!). Yet, how many times, how many trials, yea... the good side of me always win. I hate it and at the same time, loving it. I don't know why, and may be I know the reason why. Perhaps.

I learnt from what had happened...

Well, sometimes we feel the agony of life. Yea... We can't deny. Complexity of humans life. I've heard a Pastor said that; Satan is very hardworking. He searched the tiniest hollow in your heat and use it to destroy you... 

OH NO!

No compromise with the world.

DON'T! let the Satan win the struggle!

THE MADNESS OF THE WORLD

IS CONQUERED BY THE SADNESS OF IT

There is nothing holier in this life of ours than the first consciousness of love, the first fluttering of its silken wings.

Now, what is love in your point of view?

I guess there are much to say about love. It is so undefined and vary for individuals across

the world. Some say love is sacrifice, how great those words emphasize its deep meanings. Some might tell that loving is not just looking at each other, it is looking in the same direction. It is so poetic the way we express the meanings of love. Well, at the touch of love, everyone is a poet. So am I :)) and you.

Before we define love in our own words and sayings, we must acknowledge ourselves that there is a greater meaning of love in the perspective of a great King, which is the Saviour, Jesus Christ. He defines love in His unfailing Word:

1 Corinthians 13:8

LOVE NEVER FAILS.

When we tell that is is kind, patient, humble and not envious, yes! True, indeed. The most important is, LOVE is not LUST. It is purity that becomes the strong foundation of unfailing love. No lustful 'love' can ever stands long, not to sat forever and even for eternity. Love is to make us stronger, not weaker, physically or spiritually. 

LOVE IS DIVINE :))

Why do I say so?

Because with love, we are able to forgive.

With love, we are willing to share.

And & n in love, we find joy.

Because of love, smiles and laughter fill our lives.

If it is not because of love, we will never breathe the air.

Without love, we will not pray for those in need.

All for love, we received the greatest gift of all; the LOVE of the Father.

Love, it builds our friendships

It reflects the smile on our faces :))))

Hi, again! 

I'm so happy :))

I was waiting for Uncle Lee to arrive and pick up for the Saturday Youth Service. He arrived few minutes later after I went down from the house. The person that opened the van's door for me really made my heart felt so delighted. She's Patrica, my senior :)) It has been a long time she didn't attended this Youth Service because of some reasons. Praise the LORD! Somehow and in anyways, God works in her heart and it is God's will, that she continues to serve the Lord in the Calvary. Her presence near us really makes things better. Perhaps because we have the confidence in her. This sister in Christ really fond with us. She is the eldest youth in our group. This year she enters the Lower Form 6. I hope that she will continue to serve and love the Lord in her life. Amen.

Holidays, we sure need it like the

Sun peeks out from behind the gloomy clouds.

I woke up this morning and somehow and somewhat and anyhow something came, was rushing onto my fragile yet strong mind, that today was going be a great day :))

GUESS WHAT?

Well...

I went to school and sat on my chair. The first person that made me laugh until I felt I almost fell from my chair was Miss Dyona. She is a T-totally 5S5's Radio F.M.. lol Okay, we had PSK exam and after recess we were sitting for our final paper for Final First Term Exam, which was the Chem Pp1. 10 minutes before we started answering the paper, we took the opportunity to take some photos as memory, together with our class teacher, Miss Suhaya :)) Everyone was so excited. I mean, this 5S5 2011 is so united. After we joined the Inter-school English Drama Competition, YEA... Everything started to turn in a way that we had never expected. We are so fond to each other, fonder. I think this final year in SMK Bintulu is awesome! We have a new, awesome Senior Excellent Principal, Mr. S. Ananthan, awesome Prefect's Board, awesome Bintulu Hawk's F.M.., classmates, teachers n & n AWESOMENESS of Life is Waiting Ahead :))

Unlike other 5S5's from past years, we are the nerds and the naughties. We are the other version of Geniuses. We are the real LOSERS. LOSERS that will lose all the negative things and we keep the best for the last. Yea... The Best is yet to come :))

Hello Everyone!

:)

Now, I want to tell about my Chemistry Paper 2 exam. Ouch....! My classmates said that the exam was tough. Yea... complexity of Chemistry caused us miseries. The essay part was the hardest. I sensed tenses were surrounding me. Even the Mrs and Mses Genius in my class said the paper was too difficult. No surprise. My head was spinning like the ferries wheel... n & n my neurones were working so hard. The Miss Intan looked so weird. 

Me? Ha ha ha looked awkward for no reason and sure, in tense. 

Add maths Paper 1... so much better this time :) :) :) I'm satisfied with it. Overall, I think my Chemistry is the worst. I'm like hu hu not much comments. Tomorrow I will be having two last papers: PSK & Chem Pp1

I hope things will go well tomorrow. N n n tomorrow is Friday! At 12.30 p.m. after school, it will be officially the Gawai Holiday!!! Can't wait. Everyone needs a vacation away from school, right? I'm looking forward to do fun and positive activities during the hols. I'll decide later... save the plannings first.

Yesterday, I was having Biology Paper 2 when my head started to feel so heavy. Guess what? I slept for less than two hours. When I woke up this morning, there, the reflection of my face in the mirror, shocked me. I saw eye bags! Yea... panda's eyes.  I looked so so so in a mess that morning. Perhaps. May be it was just my feeling. Feeling so WEIRD and so WEIRD, again.

However, despite all the sleepy eyes, eye bags, I still went to school with this face:

Obviously, I looked normal. Actually, I was exhausted. 

Today I'm going to sit for Addmaths Paper 1 and then Chemistry Paper 2  :)

Wish me the best! Well, at least I got enough sleep this time. Thank God I studied earlier for Chem. Yet, a more hard work to be done after this :) Well, so, gotta go now... pupye!

The Calvary Youth

Calvary Church is located at Medan Jaya near the Shell station. The church is in the same row with the Smart Tuition Centre where most of my classmates are attending the classes offered. To make it clearer, the stairs up to the House of the Lord is just next to the Glory Bakery shop.

The first time I went to Calvary. Jesus invited me in :) My best bosom friend's mother, Aunt Teresa brought me to this church. I attended the Sabbath service every Sundays together with the English congregation. The Lord is so good to me and forever He will always be. I thank the Lord that all the elders and youths there are so good towards me. They smiled at me and asked me some questions like where I came from, what's my name and where I'm schooling. Like usual, ha ha I was shy. Being be a newcomer is uncomfortable for me. Yet, when everyone was so welcoming and so warm, I was glad and grateful. Their kindness made me felt so accepted. 

I started to grow in Christ and begun to join the Saturday Youth Service on Saturdays. It was fun to meet new faces and get to know each other. Praise the Lord that He has given me the opportunity to know Him :)

Crystal clear, I remember the moment when I went to the Kite Festival at the Bintulu's Airport together with the chuch members. Pastor Francis drove us there after the Youth Service. I enjoyed the time we spent watching various types of kites in the sky. There were the octopus kite, the stingray and also the cube-shaped kite. Gennieve was so excited and went here and there to get a better place just to see the kites at a closer distance. LOL That Miss Pikachu is so adorable.

I was baptized in the Holy Spirit by water immersion baptism at the Tanjung Batu Beach by Pastor Yiek. My mother also went to see me being be baptized. Here is the picture taken after the Water Baptism:

December 2009
Gennieve moved to Kuching. It was hard to say goodbye. Yet, it was God's plan in her family. We still keep in touch. True friends never forget each other :) Despite of her leaving, I still go to church. I started to join the Iban congregation and get to know many new sisters and brothers in Christ there. At first I felt awkward because I only get used with the members in the English service. Yet, with the grace of God, I started to get along with the Iban congregation. I even met with many youths younger and older than me and became fond of them. How great is our God? Yes. So great!!!
